How to properly reserve a houseboat
The reservation process will guide you step by step through our booking form, which you can find on our website. If you encounter any issues with the reservation or have other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
For how long and at what cost can a houseboat be rented?
You can rent a houseboat for two nights or more, and prices vary depending on the period during which you want to reserve the houseboat.
Can I navigate the houseboat without any qualifications?
Yes, after a brief training, anyone can be the captain. This service needs to be ordered when creating a reservation, and then you can enjoy sailing throughout Žernosecké Lake.
How is the houseboat equipped, and what are its specifications?
You can find the specific equipment and detailed specifications of all our houseboats in the rental section.
How does the payment for renting a houseboat work?
After creating a reservation, you will automatically be prompted to pay a deposit, confirming your reservation. The final payment, including the refundable deposit, will be made upon arrival at the place of stay, where you can choose your preferred payment method. You can also complete the entire payment online through our virtual reception, where you have the option to add additional services to your booking.
How to cancel or reschedule a reservation?
If you find that you cannot use your reserved date, feel free to contact us. Together, we will find the best solution to ensure you don’t miss the opportunity to spend time on one of our houseboats.
